Custom Painting Commission
Have you imagined a piece of art you would like to see in real life? Ask me about a custom painting commission!
I strongly advise sending an email inquiry to doandbe.designco@gmail.com before paying for a commission. We can work out the details of design and size before you complete your payment.
I am happy to accept commissions of landscapes, buildings or houses, and botanical images. I am not currently accepting commissions that include human faces, but have occasionally accepted commissions that include human figures from the back. I can paint based on one of your personal photos, or I can create a composition based on an idea you describe. During the commission process I communicate frequently with my customers to finalize the decisions about composition and color. You will receive multiple images of your work in progress and have opportunity to request and approve changes.
Commissions are available in watercolor, gouache, acrylic, or pen and ink. We will consult on the best medium to use for your specific piece of art.
Need a non-standard size? Ask about special sizing—most requests can be accommodated.
For large commission sizes, additional shipping charges may apply.
Most commissions can be completed and shipped in 2-3 weeks. This time varies depending on the complexity and size of the request.
